Matthew Walsh has worked in a variety of customer service roles since 2006. Matthew began at Comcast Cable as a Customer Service Technician, assisting callers in correcting issues with television service and upselling add-ons and additional services. In 2012, they joined Edenred Benefits as a Customer Success Manager and also worked for Edenredusa as a Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Representative. Matthew is currently employed as a Customer Success Account Manager at Archlogix.

Matthew Walsh attended Trinity Catholic High School from 1994 to 1998, where they received a Diploma.
