Cristina Dominguez is a seasoned professional in the field of innovation and research, currently serving as the Director of Global Innovation for Packaging Technologies at Archroma since October 2013. Throughout her career, Cristina has successfully led R&D teams across the Americas and Europe, specializing in managing end-to-end innovation projects, optimizing workflows, and fostering team growth. Previous roles include Global Research & Technology Leader for Graphic and Specialty Paper, and Head of Competence Center & Product Manager for Optical Brightening Agents (OBA), where Cristina oversaw a product portfolio generating substantial revenue. Cristina's expertise extends to driving innovation in dyes and optical brighteners, demonstrating a solid foundation in chemistry through a PhD and various research positions, including a postdoctoral role at CNRS in France.
