Karine Nangia

Karine Nangia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various high-level roles across the corporate sector. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and a member of the Executive Committee at Archroma since 2016, Karine has also held the positions of HRVP for the Paper, Packaging and Coatings division and Global HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions and Head of Total Rewards. Prior to Archroma, Karine worked at Warner Music Group from 2010 to 2016 as Vice-President of Compensation & Benefits, leading regional HR initiatives across EMEA, Latam, and Asia Pac. Further experience includes roles as Compensation & Benefits Director at Warner Music International, Compensation Coordinator at Caterpillar, Information Business Consultant at HayGroup, and an internship at Conoco Natural Gas Products. Karine holds a CESEM degree in International Business from NEOMA Business School and a Bac from Lycee Francais Charles de Gaulles.
