Matthias Hofmann

Matthias Hofmann is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in diverse leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of HR for North Europe and Europe at Archroma since November 2022, Matthias has been with Archroma Distribution & Management Germany GmbH as HR Manager for Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe since August 2016. Prior to these roles, Matthias held the position of HR Manager at SunChemical - Hartmann Druckfarben GmbH from February 2013 to July 2016 and served as Senior-Personalreferent at Medienhaus Südhessen GmbH - Darmstädter Echo for a brief period in late 2012. Matthias began a career in human resources at Mainova AG, where responsibilities included Personalreferent Personalstrategie from November 2006 to September 2012.
