Sandro Santos

Sandro Santos possesses extensive expertise in operations management within the chemical industry, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Archroma since October 2013, overseeing the Resende site and previously managing production at the Chemical Plant and Textile Chemicals divisions. Sandro's career includes significant roles at Clariant, where responsibilities encompassed local strategy implementation and resource management, and a foundational experience at GlaxoSmithKline as a production trainee. Sandro holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and a degree in Chemical Engineering from both Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and Universidade Federal Fluminense.
