Prior to this role, Dena held the position of Managing Principal for the South Central Division of ArchSpec, Inc. until November 2024. Dena's professional background includes significant roles such as Commercial Division Principal at Mega Western Sales and General Manager of the Pacific Division at Pella Corporation. Dena also spent several years at Bobrick Washroom Equipment, progressing from National Sales Manager to Vice President of Sales. Early in Dena's career, leadership was demonstrated as Regional Sales Manager at Bobrick. Dena holds two degrees from Woodbury University: a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management.
