Katie Wood

Katie Wood is an accomplished professional in project and programme management with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Head of Programme and Project Management at Archus since October 2023, Katie has previously held various leadership roles at Arup, including Director, Technical Assurance Lead for the Peru Reconstruction Programme, and Director of Operations Consulting. With a career spanning over two decades, Katie has demonstrated expertise in planning, designing, and implementing complex health facility developments across the UK, Canada, and Australia, along with proficiency in Public Private Partnerships procurement and organizational change. Katie's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
