Kim Crump

Kim Crump is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as the People Manager for Pay, Reward, and Compliance at Archus since April 2023, Kim specializes in pay and reward policies as well as legislative compliance to foster an inclusive and expanding business environment. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Consultant at Fitzgerald HR, Human Resources Business Partner at Oneserve, and Regional HR Manager at Arena Racing Company. Additionally, Kim has held HR Manager positions at SES Ltd and HR Advisor and Project Coordinator roles at ABB.
