Laura Brudzynski

Laura Brudzynski is a seasoned professional in affordable housing and community development, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Archway Communities since October 2023. In this role, Laura manages internal operations for a non-profit affordable housing developer, overseeing a portfolio of nine properties that serve over 1,200 residents annually. Prior to this position, Laura held multiple leadership roles at the City and County of Denver for a decade, culminating as the Chief Housing Officer and Executive Director of the Department of Housing Stability, where Laura managed a $250M budget and led efforts to fund thousands of housing units and support tens of thousands of households. Laura's extensive experience includes developing significant housing policies, establishing local housing funds, and implementing impactful community initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marquette University.
