Sian Hampton

Sian Hampton has extensive work experience in the field of education. Sian began their career in 2003 as the Chief Executive Officer at Archway Learning Trust and continues in this role to the present. In addition, they have held positions at the Department for Education as a National Leader of Education since 2018 and as an Ofsted Inspector at Ofsted from 2015 until 2020.

Sian Hampton completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Cambridge, attending from 1984 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in the field of Education, which they completed from 1988 to 1989.

Our growing family of academies are based in Nottingham, Derby and Derbyshire and includes children from their first day at nursery all the way through preparation for university and lifelong learning.
