Jeff Skobel

Jeff Skobel is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at ArchWell Health since August 2024, Skobel previously held CFO roles at IMA Medical Group and AdventHealth. In a notable position at WellCare Health Plans, Skobel managed regional finance as Vice President. During tenure at UnitedHealth Group, responsibilities included market leadership, financial functions, and product performance analysis in complex care markets, overseeing over $1 billion in revenue. Previously, Skobel acted as Plan President at Unison Health Plan of the Capital Area, developing a network of over 3,000 providers.
