Marshall V. has diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Marshall currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at ArchWell Health, where they lead market operations and shared services operations for a multi-site and multi-state value-based care provider. Before joining ArchWell Health, Marshall served as the Chief Technology Officer at the same company, overseeing technology, data, population health analytics, and medical economics functions.

Prior to ArchWell Health, Marshall was the Chief Information Officer at Pediatric Associates, South Florida from 2019 to 2020.

Marshall has also held several roles at Optum, a healthcare services company. Marshall served as the National Vice President, leading the technology platform strategy for a $17B division within Optum. In addition, Marshall was the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for North American Medical Management (NAMM) & PrimeCare Medical Network, where they were responsible for managing a $1B+ revenue Management Services Organization engaged in full-risk value-based care arrangements. Marshall also served as the SVP of Transformation and Innovation at Optum. Marshall initially joined Optum as the Chief Information Officer.

Before Optum, Marshall worked at Eclipsys, where they served as a Services Executive overseeing professional service delivery for accounts in the Western U.S. Marshall started their career as the Chief Information Officer at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.

Marshall V. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration - Management Information Systems (MIS) from California State University, Chico.
