Daniel Hatmaker

Daniel Hatmaker currently serves as Vice President of Underwriting and Loan Administration at Archwest Capital, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Daniel held several roles in the real estate and underwriting sectors, including Director of Underwriting at Stoa, where leadership of the Pricing Analysts team and creation of processes for loan management were key responsibilities. Daniel's extensive experience includes tenures as Associate Vice President and Senior Associate at 5 Arch Funding Corp., as well as Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist at The L3 Real Estate. Daniel earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Indiana State University and possesses a strong foundation in real estate analysis and contract negotiation.
