Karen Caswelch

After graduating from MIT with a Mechanical Engineering degree and HBS with an MBA, she had one goal – to become the CEO of GM. After a successful 24 year career there – mostly in Operations, including vehicle assembly plant leadership, quality management and supply chain management – she left to become an entrepreneur. She's been a CEO or COO for many venture funded startups over the past 10 years. One highlight was participating in Techstars as a CEO. She also served on several boards, including the International School of Indiana and the Indianapolis Airport Authority.
