Truman Greene

Truman has served as a CHRO since September 2017. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Greene’s background includes human resources roles of increasing responsibility with General Electric, Lennox International, and Invensys/Schneider Electric.

Most recent to his current role with Forterra, he served as Chief HR Officer, Motorsport Aftermarket Group, one of the world’s largest manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of branded aftermarket products for the powersports industry.

Truman holds a Master’s in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
