Philip K.

Philip K. currently serves as SVP of Strategic Initiatives at Arcis Golf, a position held since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Morgan Stanley, where Philip K. progressed from Summer Associate to Associate and then Vice President within the Investment Banking Division focusing on Real Estate from June 2016 to April 2022. Philip K. also worked as an Associate at JLL in the Capital Markets Group, specializing in Corporate Finance and Net Lease from March 2012 to March 2015, and began a career at KPMG in the Structured Finance Group as an Associate from October 2010 to March 2012. Academically, Philip K. holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California, along with a High School Diploma from Polytechnic School.
