Kiersten Pearce has held various executive and leadership roles in industries such as hospitality, technology, and aviation. Kiersten currently serves as the SVP of Executive & Strategic Initiatives at American Hotel & Lodging Association, after previously working as the Managing Partner at The Assembly Room in Baltimore. With a background in finance from Virginia Tech, Kiersten has also worked in sales, client services, and industry relations throughout their career.
