Sascha Drobnjak

Sascha Drobnjak is a legal professional with extensive experience in legal counsel, compliance, and academia. Currently serving as Head of Legal & Compliance at Arcium since 2024, Sascha previously held the position of Legal Counsel at MLL Legal from 2021 to 2024, focusing on regulatory matters, FinTech, distributed ledger technology (DLT), corporate, and M&A law. Academic contributions include lecturing on Contract Law at Universität Zürich and research in Contract Law and Private International Law. Prior roles include Co-Founder and Legal Counsel at Easylegal - Legal Services, Junior Associate at STAIGER Rechtsanwälte AG, and a Legal Assistant at Bühlmann & Fritschi Rechtsanwälte. Sascha holds a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Lucerne, as well as a Matura in Business & Law from Kantonsschule Zug.
