Mike Duffy

Mike Duffy currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for both Arcland Property Company and Self Storage Plus since February 2025, overseeing finance, accounting, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations for a prominent national self-storage owner/operator. Prior to these roles, Mike held progressive positions at Hilton from August 2009 to March 2025, culminating in the role of SVP, Chief Accounting and Risk Officer, with responsibilities expanding to Corporate Controller in June 2014. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Manager at KPMG USA from August 2001 to August 2009, focusing on audit functions, and an internship at McGladrey in 1999. Mike Duffy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University in 2001 and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2024.
