Mike Duffy

Mike Duffy is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for both Arcland Property Company and its sister company, Self Storage Plus, since February 2025. Duffy has significant experience in the self-storage sector, leading finance, accounting, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations for one of the top 10 national self-storage owner/operators. Prior to this, Duffy held progressive roles at Hilton from August 2009 to February 2025, culminating as SVP, Chief Accounting and Risk Officer. Duffy's career also includes an impactful tenure as a Senior Manager at KPMG US from August 2001 to August 2009, following an internship at McGladrey in 1999-2000. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration, Cum Laude, in Accounting from James Madison University and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
