Edwin Quinto

Edwin Quinto has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and project management fields. In 1999, they began their career as a Product Compliance Engineer at Underwriters Laboratories, where they assessed and evaluated electrical schematics, printed circuit board layouts, bill of materials list, and actual physical products to ascertain insulation, grounding, mechanical safety, electrical safety, material flame limits, and temperature rating. In 2006, they moved to Motorola, where they held two roles: Senior Product Engineer - Compliance and Global Test Program Manager (for industry Certifications). In this role, they assessed radio technologies, features, and software delta with labs to devise and execute test strategy, plan, and schedule. Edwin also tracked and drove test case failures to conclusion with labs and software / hardware teams. In 2018, Edwin moved to SDI International Corp, where they held the role of Project Management Engineer. Here, they project managed testing and certification of Motorola legacy wireless devices with third party laboratories to meet PTCRB and GCF requirements. In 2021, they moved to Arclight Wireless, Inc. where they continued the same work as before, but additionally worked on NPI (New Product Integration). Edwin is currently seeking a new opportunity as a Project Engineer, looking for a Compliance Engineer or Project Management Opportunity.

Edwin Quinto obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
