Johannes Grosshauser

Johannes Grosshauser has held various roles in the field of medical device development and research. Johannes is currently working as a Senior Design Assurance Engineer at PRECISIS AG since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Researcher in Medical Device Development at Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon from October 2019 to March 2021. From April 2015 to September 2019, they worked at Occlutech as a Senior R&D Engineer and Project Manager. Their earlier experience includes being a PhD student/candidate and a Research Assistant at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin - Labor für Biofluidmechanik from October 2008 to December 2015.

Johannes Grosshauser began their education in the field of biomedical engineering at the Technische Universität Berlin, where they pursued a Diplom degree from 2000 to 2008. During their studies, they had a brief period from 2004 to 2005 where they studied biomedical engineering at Politecnico di Milano in Italy. After completing their undergraduate studies, Johannes went on to pursue a PhD at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, specializing in medical research. Johannes obtained their Dr. rer. medic. (PhD) degree from Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin in 2015.
