Kevin Monis is an accomplished professional in chemical and process engineering, currently serving as Plant Manager at Arclin since November 2018, where responsibilities include establishing and leading operations for a new Greenfield Plant. An extensive background encompasses roles such as Operations Manager and Plant Engineering Manager at Arclin, focusing on plant performance, process engineering, and maintenance. Prior experience includes serving as a Process Consultant at Drivebarn, where lean six sigma principles and Microsoft Dynamic 365 were integrated into business operations. Kevin’s career also features a role as a Process Engineer at Kuwait Catalyst Company, streamlining catalyst manufacturing processes, and a Chemical Process Engineer at Delite Plastics, improving production management. Academic accomplishments include a Master's degree in Advanced Chemical Engineering with Design from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
