Mavi Benacerraf is the Business Development Lead at Arcmed, where Mavi supports and leads projects to drive the company's strategic initiatives and growth through various strategies. Prior to their current role, Mavi held positions at companies such as Halma plc, OsecoElfab, and NovaBone as part of the Halma Future Leader's Programme, gaining experience in business development, process engineering, and marketing analysis. Mavi has also demonstrated leadership skills as a DEI Coordinator and Student Leader at Planet Blue Student Leaders, and has a background in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan.
