Brynn Behlman, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Manager, Sr. HR Business Partner at ARCO a Family of Construction Companies since April 2019, where responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership to implement HR strategies, managing a team focused on the full employee experience, and advising on talent development and change management.
