Kate Clements

Kate Clements, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior HR Manager of Shared Services at ARCO a Family of Construction Companies, a position held since November 2021. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Saint Louis Abbey/Saint Louis Priory School from September 2018 to November 2021 and Human Resources Manager for the City of Clayton from November 2016 to September 2018. With extensive experience in human resources, Kate's expertise spans benefits administration, HR program budgeting, and the establishment of HR departments. Kate's career began in positions at Paul Cerame Auto Group, Inc., rising from Office Clerk to Human Resource Manager, and includes earlier experience as an HR Intern at Metropolitan National Bank. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from Lindenwood University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration/HR Management and Management from Missouri State University.
