Matt Speaks started their career as an Accounting Assistant at McCraw & Company CPA, performing financial reviews and managing payroll services. Matt then moved on to Robert Half Finance & Accounting as an Accounting Operations Recruiting Manager, matching professionals with clients in the accounting field. Later, Matt worked at Randstad USA as a Practice Director and Staffing Manager before joining ARCO as a Business Analyst and Talent Acquisition Manager. Matt holds a BSBA in Accounting from Missouri Western State University.
