Tracy Ashley has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 with a role as a Senior at Ernst & Young. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Financial Analyst at St. Louis Post-Dispatch. In 2006, they joined ARCO Construction Company, Inc. as a Controller, a position they held until June 2021. Following that, Tracy joined ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in 2009, initially as a Senior Controller and currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting.
Tracy Ashley attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1995 to 2000, studying Accounting and Business/Management.
