Nick Caldwell

Nick Caldwell has an extensive work experience in the construction industry. Nick started as a Project Manager at ARCO National Construction - KC Inc. in 2015, where they specialized in design build tilt-up construction and provided general contractor services. In 2020, they became the Tenant Finish Division Manager at ARCO National Construction - KC, LLC. Currently, Nick is the Director of Operations at ARCO National Construction Company, a position they have held since 2023.

Nick Caldwell has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including a Part 107 Drone License from the Federal Aviation Administration in April 2017, an OSHA 10 certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in April 2016, and a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross in November 2014.
