Russell Gall has been with ARCO National Construction Company since 1999, where Russell currently holds the position of President in Business Development and Vice President/Principal. Russell has been involved in overseeing all aspects of the business and has managed millions of square feet of construction projects. Russell was instrumental in establishing ARCO's Pacific Coast office. Prior to ARCO, Russell worked at Murray Company as a Project Manager. With a degree in Civil Engineering and Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Russell has a strong background in construction management and project oversight.
