Nathalia Paula

Nathalia Paula currently serves as the Analytics Engineering Manager at Arco Educação since June 2024. Previously, Nathalia held the position of Lead Analytics Engineer at Nubank, where significant contributions included collaborating with teams across multiple countries to establish a unified data source for Credit Card domains and leading the implementation of regulations for Colombia's Banking project. Nathalia's career encompasses roles such as Staff Analytics Engineer at ESCALE, where efforts in metric governance led to a notable reduction in data issues, as well as significant experience in data analysis and engineering at various companies, including Loft, QuintoAndar, Udacity, and Comau.
