Vinod Kumar Bhaskaran has extensive experience in the legal field, with a strong focus on cross-border M&A, pharmaceutical contracts, intellectual property, licensing deals, real estate, risk and compliance, insurance, employment, litigation, and dispute matters. Vinod Kumar has held various leadership positions, including Head of Legal at Arcolab Private Limited, General Manager - Legal at Strides, and Head Legal at Strides Arcolab Limited. Throughout their career, Vinod has been responsible for key contracts, due-diligence exercises for M&A activities, monitoring statutory compliances, creating and maintaining a digitized legal data room, and managing contract vetting processes. Vinod Kumar has also worked as a Legal Consultant and Head of Compliance, conducting research on legal procedures, drafting compliance manuals, and leading compliance audit teams.

Vinod Kumar Bhaskaran completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Madras from 1999 to 2002. During the same period, they also pursued an LL.B degree in law from Bangalore University.
