Patrick Clay

Patrick Clay has a diverse range of work experience in the architecture and design industry. Patrick began their career as an intern at SOM in 2005 and later worked as a designer at KPF. In 2008, they joined Santiago Calatrava LLC as a designer, managing the building workshop and working closely with Mr. Calatrava. Patrick then became an adjunct professor at Virginia Tech before returning to SOM in 2011 as a project manager and designer. In 2019, they held the role of Director at Partners by Design and later became the Head of Architectural Experiences at gravity.labs. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the position of Director of Business Development at ARCO/Murray.

Patrick Clay attended Virginia Tech from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree in the field of Architecture.
