Lalit Kumar Jha is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently serving as the Principal AI/ML Architect at ArcOne AI since January 2025, Lalit previously held the position of Principal Product Architect - AI/ML at Tecnotree Corporation following its acquisition of CognitiveScale. Lalit’s tenure at CognitiveScale spanned nearly eight years, during which the roles progressed from Senior Cognitive Engineer to Principal Technical Lead, focusing on the development of scalable web applications for data analysis using various technologies. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Development Engineer at Pramati Technologies, Software Engineer at FlightNetwork.com, and OpsHub Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Lalit holds an M.Sc. in Information Technology from DA-IICT and a BCA from BIT Mesra.
