Andy Ishmael currently serves as the President of Arconic, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ishmael was the Vice President of Business Development at Tri-Arrows Aluminum, Inc. from April 2022 to November 2023 and founded Ishmael Consulting Services in August 2021. Ishmael has extensive experience at Aleris from 2005 to January 2021, where roles included VP Commercial, VP North American Automotive, Managing Director of the Duffel Rolling Mill in Belgium, and VP Operations for Recycling & Specialty Alloys. Earlier in the career, Ishmael held various manufacturing and productivity positions at GE Plastics from 1995 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville and an International Baccalaureate from Atherton High School.
