Benjamin Kahrs

Benjamin Kahrs currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Arconic, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this, Benjamin spent over 15 years at Alcoa in various leadership roles, including Executive Vice President Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Excellence and R&D, where responsibilities encompassed operations leadership, innovation, and digital transformation. Benjamin was instrumental in corporate strategy and development while serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Technology, and Corporate Development. Earlier roles included refinery plant management, where Benjamin improved operations and financial performance, and various financial leadership positions encompassing management of significant revenue streams. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from The Citadel.
