Janette Sterlitz

Janette Sterlitz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Janette began working at Alcoa in 1997 and held various positions until 2011. During this time, they worked as a Manager in both Global Financial Systems and Support, as well as Global People Systems and Support. From 2011 to 2016, they continued their managerial roles at Alcoa. In 2017, Sterlitz joined Arconic as a Manager in US People Services and later became the Director of Global Financial Accounting Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Financial Shared Services at Arconic.

Janette Sterlitz received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
