Melissa M. Miller is the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Arconic. Melissa has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, and has been with Arconic since May 2005. Prior to their current position, they served as the Global Director of Human Resources for Alcoa. In this role, they were responsible for providing results-driven HR business partnership to business leaders in support of their business plan objectives.

During their time at Alcoa, Melissa made a number of significant accomplishments, including managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, developing and deploying a best-in-class workforce planning model, executing an aggressive restructuring effort, and increasing the pipeline of minority talent within the company. Under their leadership, the number of minorities in executive roles increased 300%.

Melissa is a strategic and effective leader with a proven track record of success in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results. Melissa is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, and has demonstrated their commitment to these values through their work in building an inclusive culture at Alcoa.
