Paul Rogers is an accomplished professional in metallurgy with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Technical Director at Arconic since September 2017, Paul has also held the position of Manager of Product Metallurgy at both Alcoa Fastening Systems and Firth Rixson since November 2014 and June 2010, respectively. Additionally, Paul has worked in various capacities within the metallurgy sector, including Technical Sales and Senior Metallurgist at Carlton Forge Works, and Product Metallurgist roles at Schlosser Forge and Shultz Steel Company. Paul holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BEng in Metallurgy from Sheffield Hallam University.
