Rachel Gilmore

Rachel Gilmore has a strong background in benefits management and retirement planning. Rachel served as the Director of Global Benefits at Arconic from 2016 to present and previously held the same position at Alcoa from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Global Retirement Income at Alcoa from 2007 to 2014. Rachel began their career at Buck Consultants in 1990, where they worked as a Principal Retirement Actuary until 2007.

Rachel Gilmore obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications as an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) from the Society of Actuaries, and as an Enrolled Actuary from the Internal Revenue Service.
