Rod Alavi - Retired

Rod Alavi is a retired executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and distribution operations within the industrial products sector. Alavi served as Global Vice President at Arconic from December 2014 until retirement, overseeing worldwide sales and marketing for the Industrial Products Division. Prior to this, Alavi held the position of Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Operations at Alcoa Fastening Systems from December 2000 to December 2014, managing significant operations across the Americas and leading a large team. Earlier career roles included Regional Sales Manager and National Account Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, where Alavi transformed underperforming sales regions and developed key business relationships. Alavi earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Gatesville University.
