Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university lecturer in an occupational training school between August 2016 and August 2017, focusing on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
