Adriano Freitas possesses extensive experience in production management and industrial processes, currently serving as Gerente de Planta at Arcor do Brasil since January 2018, overseeing mass consumption food production. Previously, Adriano held the role of Coordenador de Produção, managing large teams, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient production flow. Additionally, within the Grupo Arcor since May 2013, Adriano coordinated production supervision teams to enhance safety, quality, and productivity, while also overseeing the integrated management system to maintain zero safety accidents and product defects. Previous roles include senior positions at Magneti Marelli S.p.A. and Unilever, focusing on lean methodologies and team development. Adriano's academic background includes an MBA in Business Management from USP and multiple degrees in systems analysis, automation and control, chemical engineering, and biochemistry from various institutions.
