Jenn Ordonez

Jenn Ordonez is an accomplished sales leader with a strong track record in driving revenue growth and client expansion across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Arcoro since January 2024, Jenn previously held the same title at Nobl9, where significant achievements included developing comprehensive sales strategies, enhancing product roadmaps, and creating effective onboarding curricula. Prior to Nobl9, Jenn served as Senior Director of Sales at Arcoro and gained extensive experience at Cornerstone OnDemand in various roles, ultimately as Sr. Sales Manager, where responsibilities included team development and cultivating client relationships. Jenn's early career featured notable success at Medtronic, where exceptional sales performance was recognized, and at Mercury Insurance as a Casualty Adjuster.
