Linda Jones

Linda Jones has been working as an Implementation Manager at ARCOS LLC since July 2015. Prior to that, Linda worked at EmergiTech, Inc. as a Software Training Consultant and Product Support Specialist from June 1999 to July 2015. In their current role, Linda plans, coordinates, and executes activities for implementing ARCOS systems for new customers, while also working directly with customers to determine business rules and processes. At EmergiTech, Inc., Linda customized and conducted training classes for both administrators and users based on agency workflow processes, providing ongoing support throughout the install and implementation process.
