Brad Carroll

Brad Carroll is an experienced professional in the mining and aggregates industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Brad began his career as a Plant Manager at Hanson, managing operations for a sand and gravel dredging operation, and later served as a Mining Engineer, contributing to various engineering projects. Significant roles include serving as VP of Aggregates at Tilcon New York Inc. and Alleyton Resource Company, where Brad focused on safety and operational efficiency in quarries producing millions of tons of aggregates annually. More recently, Brad held positions such as General Manager at Fred Weber, Inc. and General Manager - North Texas at Lehigh Hanson, before becoming the Director of Operations for the East Region at Arcosa Inc. in February 2025. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Arizona.
