Jennifer Link-Raschko

Jennifer Link-Raschko has over 30 years of experience in sales and management roles within the construction industry. Jennifer began their career in 1998 with United States Gypsum as an Industrial Housing Specialty Sales Representative. In this role, they maximized sales of specialty product lines and reduced complaint costs. In 2001, they transitioned to the position of Tile and Flooring Sales Representative, where they successfully built a new flooring business in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Jennifer established new distribution channels, converted contractors, and obtained home builder and government specifications.

In 2009, Jennifer joined USG as an Architectural Service Manager, where they worked with various stakeholders to specify roofing and structural products in the Western US. Jennifer also provided technical presentations to architects and engineers, earning continuing education units.

From 2012 to 2018, they served as the Specification Sales Manager for Commercial Roofing at USG, responsible for developing new businesses and growing market share in the Western US despite a slow economy.

Most recently, Jennifer has been working at Arcosa Specialty Materials as an Architectural Sales Development Manager, fueling the growth of AccuCrete and AccuLevel architectural products. Jennifer provides early design support for architects, establishes and maintains applicator networks, and applies their product and technical expertise to enhance specification growth.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated a consistent track record of success in business development, market growth, and customer relationship management.

Jennifer Link-Raschko completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in a double major in Business and Psychology from Barat College of DePaul University. Jennifer'seducation at Barat College took place from 1983 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer obtained a certification in Building Business Relationships from LinkedIn in September 2021.
