Phillip Neumann

Phillip Neumann, PG, currently serves as the Manager of Mineral Exploration at Arcosa Inc. since June 2023, where responsibilities include scheduling and managing drilling programs and contributing to acquisition projects that have significantly expanded the company's mineral resource portfolio. Previously, Phillip worked as a Geologist at Martin Marietta, participating in acquisition and mine planning projects across the U.S., and at RK&K, where involvement in roadway improvement and bridge replacement projects provided extensive field experience. Additional roles include Geopavement Engineer at NCDOT, Field Service Technician and Laboratory Technician at Life Science Laboratories Inc., and an internship at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Onondaga County. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Environmental Technology from Onondaga Community College.
