Renee Heath

Renee Heath has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Renee began their career as a Regional Manager at Global Employment Solutions from 1995 to 2003. Following that, they worked as a Plant Human Resources Manager at Trinity Industries, Inc. for a period of 7 years, managing a team of 5 and overseeing various HR functions. Renee then joined The HON Company as a Member & Community Relations Manager, where they were responsible for managing HR technology and conducting talent review assessments. After that, they worked at CNH Industrial as an Area Human Resource Manager, managing employee relations and improving key performance indicators for two plants. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Trinity Industries, Inc., supervising HR functions for corporate Towers and three manufacturing plants. Currently, they are working at Arcosa Inc. as the SR Segment Director of Human Resources, leading an HR team and spearheading the implementation of centralized HR practices.

Renee Heath obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Shorter University.
