Design Engineer III at Arcosa

Will Dedwylder, PE has a strong background in design engineering, specifically in the utility structures and infrastructure industries. Will began their career as a Student Trainee at the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2012, where they organized and created a GIS database of geotechnical studies and relief wells in the Mississippi River levee system.

In 2015, Dedwylder joined Trinity Meyer Utility Structures as a Design Engineer. There, they served as the primary structural design engineer for regional utility companies in the eastern and northeastern US. Will took on the role of lead engineer for complex, multi-million dollar electrical transmission and distribution projects. Dedwylder worked closely with customers and consulting engineers throughout the design, delivery, and construction stages.

Most recently, Dedwylder joined Arcosa Inc. in 2022. Will initially served as a Design Engineer before being promoted to Design Engineer III. Details on their specific responsibilities and projects at Arcosa Inc. are not provided.

Will Dedwylder, PE has a strong educational background in civil engineering. Will earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Memphis from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics, both from The University of Memphis.

In addition to their degrees, Will Dedwylder has obtained certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. Will became a Professional Engineer (PE) in May 2022, certified by the State of Tennessee. Prior to that, in December 2012, they achieved the status of Engineering Intern, also granted by the State of Tennessee.
