Dinesh Kumar Pal

Dinesh Kumar Pal is a Technical Support Engineer with extensive experience in providing technical assistance to Latin-American customers at Arcserve since October 2016, specializing in Spanish language support. Previously, Dinesh served as a Technical Support Engineer and Trade Officer at the Embassy of Argentine Republic, where responsibilities included managing trade documentation, advising clients on regulations, and conducting market research. Dinesh holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Philological Studies from Universidad de Valladolid and a Master’s Degree in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Delhi University, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same institution.
